Teflon particles (T.M. Dupont) form a flexible, non-curing thread
sealing for threads made of steel, stainless steel, plastics and copper
- for
sealing of pipe threads, hydraulic and pneumatic threaded joints a.o.
(for greater tolerances between thread flanges we recommend hemp as
a base material, which is impregnated by T•P , thus prevents
it form rotting)
- to
be applied for sealing of water, sea water, coolants, propane, butane,
nitrogen, solvents, many acids and alkaline solutions, gases such
as ammonia etc.

A pice - and thread connections: > 3" and tolerances up to 1 mm as
flat gasket: up to max of 0.2 mm gap
Preservability: no specific limit when unopened |

- CHETRALOC®
110 is an anaerobic product, which cures without shrinking; installation
modification possible up to 10 minutes after application.
- Heating
of parts or use of activator accelerates curing; after that, disassembly
is aggravated but possible with ordinary tool
- good
chemical resistance as well as hot water and steam resistance
- application
as flat gasket with complicated forms on covers, motors, gears, casings,
pumps - with split casings, as pipe seal esp. with larger threaded
joints
